Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Digital Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks to ensure timely project delivery
• Review and maintain the quality of creative and marketing deliverables
• Streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Monitor team performance, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure productivity
• Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• 7+ years of operations or team management experience
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design, and Video Editing
• Ability to review and maintain the quality of creative and marketing deliverables
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to streamline workflows and ensure timely project execution
