Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager with 8+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and campaign management. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in planning, executing, and managing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and offline channels.
• Manage campaign planning, budgeting, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and creative teams to ensure campaign success.
• Track and analyze campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand-building initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing and campaign management.
• Proven experience in successfully running and managing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
