Office Timings : Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM; Saturday: 10 AM to 5:30 PM; Second Saturday is off Digital Marketing Manager Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Content Strategy : Collaborate with the internal team to develop engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other digital channels. Social Media Management : Manage and grow Bidz365's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content, as well as responding to comments and messages. Data Analysis & Reporting : Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies. Email Marketing : Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging email content and managing subscriber lists. Market Research : Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep the brand's digital presence relevant and competitive. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta ads and social media management platforms. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience with design tools such as Canva. Familiarity with CRM and email marketing software, such as Mailchimp or Zoho.
