Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for NIA & NIIA.- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Google Business Profile.- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.- Coordinate Reels, videos, creatives, testimonials and educational content.- Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads for leads and patient/student admissions.- Generate and manage leads through digital campaigns.- Track reach, engagement, leads, conversions and ROI.- Coordinate with designers, video editors, doctors and the sales/front-desk team.- Monitor competitors and identify new marketing trends.- Improve local SEO and Google visibility.- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.Requirements- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, beauty, wellness or education will be preferred.- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram & SEO.- Good understanding of content marketing and lead generation.- Excellent communication and creative skills.- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets.Pay: ₹14,545.76 - ₹59,193.97 per month Advantages- Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person
