Digital Marketing Lead (Performance First)

We are an integrated omnichannel marketing agency. Twelve years old with clients across Healthcare, BFSI, and FMCG.

We need someone to run our digital team. Performance marketing sits at the center of this role. You should be comfortable inside ad accounts and equally comfortable explaining a drop in ROAS to a client without losing the room.

The job

• Own performance across Google, Meta, and whatever else the brief calls for. Build the campaigns, watch the numbers, and fix what is leaking.
• Run the digital team. SEO, social, and a junior strategist report into you. Set priorities, keep timelines honest, and mentor them.
• Turn client objectives into a digital plan that holds up, then present it and defend it yourself.
• Read reports properly and come back with a point of view, not a summary.

You

• 4 to 7 years in digital, with real depth in performance marketing.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Not just reviewing someone else's work.
• Working knowledge of SEO and social media.
• Can hold a client conversation without a safety net.
• Strong with data. You look at a dashboard and know what to do next.
