What GrowthifyU does

We build and run cold email, LinkedIn outreach and paid ad systems for coaches, agencies and B2B service businesses.

We handle the messaging, the targeting, the sending infrastructure and the reporting, so our clients get booked calls without spending a single hour on outbound themselves.

Our clients win when the pipeline doesn't dry up. You're the person who makes sure it doesn't.

What you'll actually do

Owning 5 to 10 live client accounts at once, and knowing exactly where each one stands without being asked.

Running client calls, translating what they want into what the team actually builds.

Chasing deliverables across the team so nothing slips two days before a deadline.

Keeping ClickUp, timelines and client expectations honest with each other, not three different stories.

Catching a problem on a Tuesday, not finding out about it Friday from an angry client email.

What we need from you

1 to 3+ years in agency ops, account management or project coordination you tell us where on that range you actually are.

You've run client calls before, or you're genuinely unbothered doing your first one in week two.

You don't wait for someone to tell you a deadline's at risk, you tell them.

You can hold five moving parts in your head at once without dropping one.

The fire drill test

A client campaign is due in two days. Three internal deliverables are still pending, from three different people. Walk us through what you do in the next hour.

If your answer is 'escalate to my manager,' tell us what you'd do while waiting for them to reply. That gap is the job.

Pay

Fully remote

Direct exposure to a dozen live client accounts at once, more range than most account managers see in their first few years anywhere else in India.
