Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) — OnAir Digital

OnAir Digital is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) to learn and support social media, SEO, Google Ads and email campaigns for our clients.

OnAir Digital is a digital agency based in India. We build websites, run social media and manage monthly website retainers for businesses in India and, increasingly, small businesses in the USA. This role is a hands-on start in agency marketing: you'll work across channels with our web, social and ads team, with training from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run email programs for multiple clients: newsletters, promotions, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Build automated flows — welcome series, abandoned cart, lead nurture, re-engagement and post-purchase.
• Write clear, on-brand subject lines and email copy; brief designers or build templates yourself.
• Build and test responsive templates in tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
• Grow and segment lists using website forms, landing pages and lead magnets, working with our web team.
• A/B test subject lines, content, send times and offers, and act on the results.
• Maintain list hygiene and deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce and spam-complaint management.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM (USA), GDPR where relevant, and India's DPDP Act.
• Track open, click, conversion and revenue metrics, and prepare monthly client reports.
• Coordinate email with clients' social media, Google Ads and website campaigns.
• Log time against client tasks in our internal CRM.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
