Digital Marketing & CRM Associate Hyderabad · Full-time · Hybrid (office-based, some days remote) · No field work Salary: ₹20,000–25,000/month · Freshers welcome About Us We are a Hyderabad-based paint manufacturer with a loyalty rewards program for our network of painters, contractors, and distributors. What You'll Do • Painter data management: Organize our network of painters and contractors in Excel or Google Sheets. Sort them by area, activity, and reward usage, and keep the sheets updated regularly. • WhatsApp groups and campaigns: Create and manage WhatsApp broadcast lists or communities for each painter segment. Plan and send offers, updates, and reminders, and track the responses. • Distributor tracker: Update a weekly region-wise tracker of distributor activity and share a short summary with management. • Reels and posters: Create short Reels and posters from product images, shade cards, and templates. Most work is done in Canva or CapCut, with little shooting. What We're Looking For • Good with Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filters, basic formulas) • Comfortable managing WhatsApp groups and broadcasts; experience with Wati or AiSensy is a plus • Can make posters and short videos in Canva or CapCut • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers • Telugu and Hindi preferred To Apply Send your CV and 2–3 samples of posters or reels you've designed to WhatsApp number 8978121283.
