Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives. You will work closely with senior team members to implement approved plans, coordinate assigned activities, and keep projects moving on schedule. This is a team-based, implementation-focused role for candidates located in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai only.

📍 Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

🏢 Work mode: Work from office

🕒 Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. IST (US shift)

🚗 Transport: No company pickup or drop facility is available. Candidates must arrange their own commute.

Key responsibilities

• Support campaign setup, content updates, scheduling, production, and delivery.
• Assist senior leads with implementing marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Support digital marketing activities and work with internal teams to complete assigned tasks.
• Use performance data and established best practices to help improve campaigns.
• Track progress, identify logical next steps, and flag risks or delays promptly.
• Deliver accurate work on time while managing multiple assignments.

What we’re looking for

• 4-8 years of relevant marketing or related experience (client servicing / account management) in a marketing or digital marketing agency.
• Direct exposure to digital marketing projects and a working understanding of SEO, paid media, web development, content, and creative services.
• Experience working with US clients is an advantage; healthcare marketing experience is an added benefit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work the stated US shift from our Seawoods office and arrange your own commute.
