Digital Marketing Associate

Role overview

We're looking for a hands-on, organised person to run our day-to-day digital marketing and support business operations. You'll grow our online presence and bring in leads, and you'll keep the ops work running smoothly alongside the Executive Director.

Key responsibilities

Digital marketing

•

Campaigns: Plan and run digital campaigns that match business goals.

•

Social media: Manage the content calendar and engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

•

Paid ads: Run and monitor Google and Meta ad campaigns, and track CPC, CTR and ROAS.

•

SEO and website: Do keyword research and on-page SEO updates, and track traffic in Google Analytics and Search Console.

•

Content: Coordinate blogs, landing page copy, emails and graphics with writers and designers.

•

Reporting: Track leads and share regular performance reports.

Requirements

•

Experience: 0-1 years in digital marketing. Experience in operations or admin is a plus.

•

Tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and Google Workspace or MS Office.

•

Core skills: Strong written and verbal communication, an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several priorities.
