Roles & Responsibilities

Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile and other digital platforms

Plan monthly social media content calendars

Create ideas for posters, carousels, reels and promotional campaigns

Write captions, hooks, CTAs and basic marketing content

Shoot and edit short-form videos/Reels

Create basic designs using Canva or similar tools

Manage and optimize Meta Ads

Support Google Ads and local digital campaigns when required

Generate and track online leads

Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up

Improve social media reach, engagement and follower growth

Perform basic SEO and keyword research

Optimize Google Business Profile for local visibility

Monitor competitors and current social media trends

Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Measure KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, CPL and conversions

Suggest current strategies to improve brand awareness and lead generation
