Digital Marketing And Social Media Executive

Tickling Trees is a creative and digital advertising agency working with brands across India and globally. We’re expanding our digital team and looking for an all-rounder who enjoys doing a bit of everything.

About the role

You’ll handle social media and digital marketing for Tickling Trees and support our client work as needed. This is a full-time, hands-on role.

What you’ll do

• Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Design banners and social media creatives
• Edit reels and short-form videos
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns
• Track industry trends and turn them into fresh content ideas
• Support client accounts when needed

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Basic working knowledge of Google Ads
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• A good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn trends and reels
• Strong communication skills and a creative eye
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Nice to have

• Experience with client accounts
• Familiarity with Meta Insights or Google Analytics
• A portfolio of your social content or campaigns
