We are engaging DevOps Engineers to contribute to a dynamic customer project focused on scalable, modern cloud infrastructure. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response)

• Review AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with reasoning
• Maintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibility
• 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure engineering
• Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript (this role needs real code, not scripts alone)
• Practical depth in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
• Advanced Linux and Git
• Professional English, written and spoken
• Observability stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
• Open source contributions or technical writing
• Previous AI training data or model evaluation work
