DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer at Rayosys Services, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our clients' mission-critical applications. You will work closely with cross-functional development and operations teams to bridge the gap between code and deployment, ensuring seamless CI/CD pipelines and high availability. Your daily contributions will directly influence the stability, scalability, and security of our cloud environments, ultimately enabling our clients to deliver value to their end-users with greater speed and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure to ensure high availability and optimal performance for client applications.
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to accelerate software delivery cycles and reduce manual intervention.
• Implement containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes to standardize deployment environments and improve resource utilization.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to ensure consistent, repeatable, and version-controlled environment provisioning.
• Monitor system health and performance using industry-standard tools to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact business operations.
• Optimize Linux-based environments and automate routine administrative tasks through robust Python and Shell scripting.

Required Skillset

• Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end DevOps lifecycles with 6 to 12 years of professional experience in cloud-native environments.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms including AWS and Azure, with a deep understanding of networking, security, and storage services.
• Advanced capability in container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker, including cluster management and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to script and automate complex workflows using Python and Shell scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience in configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and integrating them with Git-based version control systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across Chennai, Pune, and remote locations, maintaining clear communication and high standards of documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues in high-pressure production environments.
