DevOps Engineer DEPARTMENT Development

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to build, manage, and continuously improve the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational practices that keep Creuto products running reliably at scale.

Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP using Terraform or AWS CDK.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or CircleCI that enable fast, reliable, automated deployments.

Manage containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes including cluster configuration and security hardening.

Implement and maintain monitoring and observability stacks using Datadog, Grafana, or CloudWatch.

Design and manage secrets management, IAM policies, and security controls across all environments.

Own database infrastructure including provisioning, backup, replication, and disaster recovery.

Optimise cloud costs through right-sizing and reserved capacity planning.

Have 2 to 5 years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience with production systems on AWS or GCP.

Are proficient with infrastructure-as-code and treat every manual configuration as a risk to be eliminated.

Have strong Linux and scripting skills and can automate repetitive operational tasks quickly.

Approach reliability proactively and design for failure rather than reacting to it.

Are comfortable owning on-call responsibilities and responding to production issues with calm and urgency.

Bonus If You Have

Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures.

Experience with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux.

Security certifications or hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, and penetration testing.
