The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and proven experience in converting leads into successful projects in the IT services industry.

This role is perfect for someone who understands online freelancing marketplaces, IT sales, and global client acquisition strategies.

• AI / Machine Learning Solutions
• Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Flutter)
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Web Development (PHP, Laravel, MERN, WordPress)
• Acquire clients through Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
• Communicate with international clients (USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1+ year experience in Business Development / Online Bidding
• Proven experience on Upwork, Fiverr, or PeoplePerHour
• Strong knowledge of IT services and modern tech stack
• Excellent English communication and client handling skills
• Ability to write professional proposals and close deals
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
