Design

Role Description This is a part-time remote Design role focused on creating visual assets and supporting design projects from concept through execution. Day-to-day tasks include developing graphic materials for digital and print use, refining layouts and visual systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear design deliverables. The role also involves conducting research to inform design decisions, maintaining brand consistency across materials, and preparing files and documentation suitable for production or presentation. The designer will work independently, manage multiple assignments, and communicate progress regularly with the team in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and print media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for spatial and technical design work.
• Candidates should possess skills in Research to gather insights, understand user needs, and support evidence-based design decisions.
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, CAD software) and familiarity with layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time workloads, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
• Relevant education or training in design, architecture, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing design documentation, preparing files for handoff, and collaborating with cross-functional partners is beneficial.
