Deputy Manager Finance

We are hiring for a high-impact Finance role with a globally recognized food manufacturing organization known for its innovation, strong international presence, and large-scale agri-supply chain integration. With operations across multiple countries, the company is building a world-class manufacturing facility in India.

🔹 Role: Deputy Manager – Finance

📍 Location: Bijnor (Uttar Pradesh)

🔍 What you’ll be doing

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for plant operations
• Manage CAPEX planning, tracking, and cost control for ongoing projects
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and governance frameworks
• Monitor financial performance and deliver actionable business insights
• Oversee working capital, AP/AR, and financial reporting
• Partner with plant, agro, and leadership teams for decision-making

🎯 What we’re looking for

• CA / CMA 4+ years of experience
• Strong exposure to plant/manufacturing finance
• Hands-on experience in CAPEX and FP&A
• Knowledge of internal controls, audits, and compliance
• Experience in FMCG / Food / Agro industry is a plus
