Deputy Cluster Operations Manager

Scope Of Work

Primary Role

• Conduct audits for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM)
• Handle customer escalations effectively
• Manage and mentor Service Hero teams
• Conduct induction and training programs for new Service Heroes
• Planning and distribution of relevant inventory through ERP
• Coordinating with the relevant government authorities for the permitting process
• Attend Corrective Maintenance activities, conduct site testing, and provide support to Sr. Service Heroes as needed
• Internal and External stakeholder management & constant Kaizen mentality
• Maintain and adhere to zero safety violations
