Database Developer (Pennant Digital Lending Application LOS & LMS)

We're Hiring: Database Developer – Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL & Pennant LOS/LMS

🔹 Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Database Developer with hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, SSRS, and Pennant Digital Lending Applications (LOS/LMS). The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in database development, performance optimization, and lending application solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize stored procedures, triggers, functions, and complex SQL queries using Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Design and maintain reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
• Work on Pennant LOS/LMS digital lending applications.
• Perform database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and query optimization.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into database solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and database performance.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Development experience with Pennant LOS/LMS (PennApps Lending Factory).
• Practical experience with SSRS reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

🔹 Good to Have

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
