We are looking for a highly analytical and technically proficient Data Scientist / MIS Analyst who can transform raw data into meaningful business insights, automate reporting processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
• Collect, clean, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Identify business trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Conduct statistical analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Develop KPI tracking systems and performance measurement frameworks.
• MIS Reporting & Automation
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Advanced Excel, Python, SQL, and VBA.
• Develop dynamic Excel dashboards using Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced formulas.
• Consolidate data from multiple departments and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Streamline reporting workflows to reduce manual intervention.
• Data Science & Predictive Analytics
• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning models to analyze business performance.
• Develop forecasting models for sales, revenue, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and anomalies.
• Utilize Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
• Explore AI-driven solutions to enhance reporting and business processes.
• Database Management & Integration
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and other business applications.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Support API-based data extraction and reporting automation.
• Business Performance & Decision Support
• Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, sales, and management teams.
• Prepare business performance reports, profitability analyses, and operational dashboards.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Provide analytical support for strategic planning and business growth.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
