Role Specifications

Position : Data Scientist (2 openings available).

Employment Type : Full-time.

Location/Mode : Hyderabad; requires a 4-day hybrid on-site presence.

Working Hours : 4 : 00 PM 1 : 00 AM.

Availability : Immediate to 15 days.

Requirements

• Experience : 8 years total, with 7 years of relevant experience in data science, ML engineering, or advanced analytics.
• Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python or R; advanced SQL skills; experience with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas); AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Redshift); and Tableau.
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with healthcare, diagnostics, or lab operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and build metrics frameworks for digital ordering pipelines.
• Design dashboards for tracking throughput, error rates, and system stability.
• Develop predictive models and automated anomaly detection.
• Conduct statistical root cause analysis and partner with engineering teams to improve data collection.
• Present findings to executive leadership and technical teams.

Interview Process

• Stages : 1. L1 (Technical), 2. L2 (Techno-Managerial), and 3. Client Interview.
• Timing : L1 interviews are scheduled between 12 : 00 PM 3 : 00 PM.
