Data Scientist

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with strong experience in

marketing analytics, statistical modeling, econometrics, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models, forecasting solutions, and statistical models
• Perform customer, marketing, survey, and business analytics
• Develop and analyze Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)
• Conduct A/B testing, incrementality measurement, geo experiments, and causal inference
• Build Bayesian models and analyze marketing performance, ROI, adstock, and saturation
• Work with data from Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, CRM, GA4, and other data sources
• Build dashboards and analytical applications using BI and visualization tools
• Clean, validate, integrate, and analyze large datasets
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, experimentation, and causal inference
• Practical experience with MMM, MTA, incrementality, or marketing measurement
• Experience with Bayesian methods, PyMC-Marketing, Google Meridian, or similar tools is preferred
• Experience working with marketing, customer, survey, CRM, and business datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
