Data Scientist (Databricks)

Got a knack for turning messy data into models that actually move business metrics? We're looking for

a Data Scientist with strong hands-on Databricks experience to join our team and help build ML

solutions that power real decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy ML models to solve real business problems
• Work end-to-end on Databricks — data ingestion, prep, model training & deployment
• Perform EDA and statistical analysis to uncover patterns and insights
• Engineer features and build pipelines for structured & unstructured data
• Build and optimize PySpark/Spark-based workflows for large-scale data processing
• Monitor deployed models for drift, performance, and accuracy
• Partner with data engineering & product teams to define problems and success metrics
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and actionably

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
• Hands-on experience with Databricks is a must
• Strong Python & SQL skills
• Solid grounding in statistics, EDA, and feature engineering
• Experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing
• Exposure to ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, model versioning, monitoring)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite team environment
