Data Scientist (Databricks)

Got a knack for turning messy data into models that actually move business metrics We're looking for

a Data Scientist with strong hands-on Databricks experience to join our team and help build ML

solutions that power real decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy ML models to solve real business problems

Work end-to-end on Databricks data ingestion, prep, model training & deployment

Perform EDA and statistical analysis to uncover patterns and insights

Engineer features and build pipelines for structured & unstructured data

Build and optimize PySpark/Spark-based workflows for large-scale data processing

Monitor deployed models for drift, performance, and accuracy

Partner with data engineering & product teams to define problems and success metrics

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and actionably

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning

Hands-on experience with Databricks is a must

Strong Python & SQL skills

Solid grounding in statistics, EDA, and feature engineering

Experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing

Exposure to ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, model versioning, monitoring)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite team environment
