Job Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist who can analyze data, build Machine Learning models, and provide actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and prepare data from databases, APIs, ERP, CRM, and other sources.
• Perform EDA, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
• Build, train, test, and deploy Machine Learning models.
• Develop models for forecasting, classification, and recommendations.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and solve business problems using data.
• Deploy, monitor, and improve Machine Learning models.
• Document analysis, models, and results.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and IT teams.

Required Skills

• Programming: Python, R, SQL
• Machine Learning: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Data Analysis: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy
• Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn
• Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Big Data: Spark/Hadoop preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Machine Learning, Statistics, SQL, and Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
