About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Data Scientist to join our growing Analytics & AI team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design and delivery of advanced data science solutions — from experimental frameworks and predictive models to marketing measurement systems that drive strategicinvestment decisions. You will work at the intersection of marketing analytics, product science, and data engineering, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex analyses into clear, impactful business actions.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Mix Models (MMM) Design, build, and own

to quantify the ROI of marketing channels and guide media budget allocation decisions across

paid, owned, and earned channels.

causal inference frameworks Develop and iterate on

  • A/B tests, geo-based holdouts, and quasi-experimental designs — to measure the incremental

impact of campaigns and product changes.

demand forecasting, customer lifetime value (LTV), and propensity models Build and

maintainthat directly influence merchandising, inventory, and retention strategies.

actionable budget recommendations and go-to-market strategies. Partner with Marketing,

Growth, and Finance teams to translate model outputs into

analytics tooling and dashboards Develop self-serve

that surface KPIs, anomaly signals, and model outputs to business stakeholders.

data pipeline architecture Contribute to

feature engineering frameworks, and best practices for scalable model deployment in a cloud

Skills & Technical Expertise

  • Domain Technologies & SkillsMarketing Science MMM / Bayesian MMM, Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Causal

  • Experimentation A/B & Multivariate Testing, Geo-based Holdouts, Difference-in-Differences
  • Visualization &, Comms Tableau / Looker, Streamlit, Executive-level storytelling and presentation

Qualifications

→ 6+ years in a data science or quantitative analytics role

→ Hands-on MMM model building (not just consumption) — able to discuss model calibration, prior setting, and interpretation of results

→ Strong e-commerce domain experience — web/app funnel analytics, conversion, retention, or

media analytics

→ Proficiency in Python and SQL; comfort with statistical modeling libraries (statsmodels, scikit-

learn)

→ Experience deploying models into production or semi-automated pipelines in a cloud environment

→ Strong communication skills — ability to present findings and recommendations to C-level

stakeholders

→ Bachelor or Master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
