Role Objective-

To plan, deliver, and manage high-quality technical training programs aligned with project objectives, ensuring 100% completion of training and placement targets, maximizing student engagement and success, driving core domain placements, maintaining adherence to lesson plans, and contributing proactively to student retention, academic excellence, and continuous domain knowledge upgradation.

Responsibilities-

• Deliver AI/ML training sessions and mentor students • Guide learners on EDA, ML, DL, NLP, and CV projects • Conduct assessments and provide technical support • Assist students in end-to-end model development and deploymen • Strong proficiency in Python Programming • Experience in mentoring students and guiding them through real-world AI/ML projects .
• Conduct live-in person/virtual classes to train learners on Adv. Excel, Power BI, Python and adv Python libraries such as Numpy,Matplotlib, Pandas,seaborn, SciPy, SQL-MySQL, Data Analysis,basic statistical knowledge. ● Facilitate and support learners progress/journey to deliver personalized blended learning experience and achieve desired skill outcome ● Evaluate and grade learners Project Report, Project Presentation and other documents. ● Mentor learners during support, project and assessment sessions. ● Develop, validate and implement learning content, curriculum and training programs whenever applicable ● Liaison and support respective teams with schedule planning, learner progress, academic evaluation, learning management, etc
