Opportunity Overview

As a Data Scientist, you are expected to manage onshore / client communication and mentor a team of analysts. Advanced data analytics/sciences Senior consultant designs and implements analyses on patient level data or similar datasets.

What You'll Work On

• 1. Partner with a cross-functional team to conceive novel AI/ML solutions for pharma
• 2. Own the Proof-of-Concept phase: build prototypes, validate impact, and present early wins
• 3. Build production ready models by integrating analyses with intuitive front- and back-ends
• 4. Turn custom AI/ML models and analyses into reusable “products” for pharma clients
• 5. Serve as the point of contact- no offshore/onshore handoffs. You’ll gather requirements & build solutions
• 6. Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights that drive client decision-making.
• 7. Ensure quality checks, documentation, and version control for reporting deliverables

Requirements

• Required Qualifications
• A) Domain
• 1) Looking for candidates with exceptional expertise in Advanced Analytics and a strong inclination towards Data Science
• 2) 2+ years of experience working in the pharma industry.
• B) Technical Requirements
• 1) 8/10 comfort level with at least one programming language, without assistance from Claude Code/Codex.
• 2) 2+ years of experience working with healthcare datasets such as LAAD, Xponent, DDD, Symphony, Komodo, MMIT, and EHR, with basic patient/HCP analytics knowledge.
• 3) Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering (STEM background)
• C) Good to Have
• 1) Hands-on experience in ML modelling (expertise in the internal working of any ML algorithm)
• 1) Deep understanding of healthcare datasets, and business workflows (Commercial datasets)
• 2) Ability to select the right statistical framework for unstructured business problems
• 3) Exceptional oral and written communication-crisp and persuasive for technical and non technical leaders
• 4) Self-starter, detail-oriented and passionate about quality and innovation
• 5)familiarity with Excel .& Power point
