Job Description

NetConnect Global is hiring an Advanced Data Science Associate Consultant for a leading client. We are seeking experienced professionals with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions in Digital marketing and Product management.

Mine, transform and analyze data from different sources (CRM, Digital analytics UI, external sources data)

Conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance

Design, create, test and implement data models that drive analytical solutions throughout the organization

Apply A/B testing framework to test models' quality and integrate data insights into the business processes

Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models, design processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy

Key Skills:-

Domain Experience:-

MS/PhD(Computer Science or Electronics), or MS in Computer Applications, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics or related technical discipline.

2-3 years experience in a statistical and/or data science / data analyst role

Should have experience in machine learning, statistics and data mining to solve clustering, classification, regression problems

Experience to merge and transform disparate internal & external data sets together to create new features

Experience with R/Python is required; experience of working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
