Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to manage operational data, maintain accurate reports, analyze performance metrics, and support process improvements through data-driven insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Use Advanced Excel and SQL to manage and interpret data.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and operational performance.
• Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting systems using Power BI.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and SQL.
• Familiarity with Power BI, data visualization, and MIS reporting.
• Understanding of KPI tracking and operational analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
