Role Summary

The primary objective is to translate business requirements from regional stakeholders into accurate, intuitive, and decision-ready Power BI dashboards and analytics products. The role involves managing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including data preparation, semantic modelling, visualisation design, testing, deployment, documentation, access management, and production support.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong Power BI expertise, analytical capabilities, a product-oriented mindset, and an understanding of banking, data management, and governance practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including report development, Power Query, DAX, data modelling, deployment, refresh management, and workspace administration.
• Experience developing dashboards and analytics solutions within banking, financial services, data management, risk, regulatory reporting, or other controlled environments.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modelling, semantic models, KPI and metric definitions, data quality, data lineage, access controls, and reporting governance.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, including data profiling, reconciliation, transformation, and validation across multiple data sources.
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive visualisations, actionable insights, and scalable, maintainable analytics solutions.
• Experience with testing, documentation, audit requirements, change management, governance controls, and production support.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and escalate risks proactively.
• Flexibility to work in alignment with Singapore business hours and collaborate effectively with APAC stakeholders.
