Data Engineer (Telangana)

Skills: Data Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, SQL,Power Query, Star Schema Data Modeling, REST API Python/PySpark KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Data Pipeline Development & Orchestration- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data ingestion and transformation pipelines using and Microsoft Fabric. Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) patterns and near-real-time streaming ingestion from ERP, CRM, and operational source systems 2. Power BI Development & DAX- Develop production-grade Power BI reports and dashboards for business and executive stakeholders. Write performant, maintainable DAX covering time-intelligence, semi-additive measures, and multi-table aggregations. Apply row-level security (RLS) and workspace governance to ensure correct data access at the right granularity. 3. Fabric Lakehouse Architecture & Data Modelling- Contribute to the design and evolution of the Fabric Lakehouse — OneLake structure, medallion-layer organisation, and Model analytics datasets using star-schema and, where appropriate, wide denormalised structures optimised for Power BI DirectLake mode. Integrate source systems through REST APIs and connector frameworks. 4. AI- Intelligent Features -Embed Microsoft Copilot capabilities within Fabric and Power BI workflows. Support the development of ML features — demand forecasting, anomaly detection on financial and project data, and natural- language-to-SQL interfaces for self-serve analytics. 5. SQL Optimization, Data Quality & Platform Reliability Contribute to data quality checks — profiling, anomaly alerts, reconciliation against source systems. Support data catalogue and lineage documentation within the Microsoft Purview ecosystem. 6. Stakeholder Management & Offshore Delivery Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field. 4 Years in Data analysis DP-700 / PL-300 certification preferred
