Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, transformation, and quality checks.
• Develop and maintain data models and data warehouse solutions.
• Optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and ensure reliable data delivery.
• Implement best practices for data security, governance, and data quality.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-based data solutions. Required Skills
• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT and data pipeline development.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with Python or another programming language used for data engineering.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with data warehouses/lakehouses and up-to-date data engineering architectures.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality.
• Mandatory: Experience working in the Retail or CPG domain.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
