Azure Data Engineer (Contract) INDIA Fully Remote 6 Months

Were hiring an experienced Azure Data Engineer to support a growing analytics platform and help scale modern data pipelines in a cloud-first environment. This is a hands-on role focused on building reliable data foundations that enable reporting, modelling and business insights.

What youll do

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines in Azure

Ingest and transform data from multiple enterprise systems (including ERP sources)

Implement data processing across Medallion architecture layers (Bronze/Silver/Gold)

Optimize performance, reliability, and data quality across the platform

Work closely with data modelers and analysts to deliver analytics-ready datasets

Support downstream reporting and dashboarding use cases

What were looking for

Solid experience as a Data Engineer in Azure environments

Hands-on with tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse or similar

Solid SQL and data transformation experience

Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics workloads

Understanding of data modelling and working with BI teams

Experience working with ERP data (Oracle ERP a plus)

Comfortable in a collaborative, remote team
