We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting

operational and financial data, organizing it into structured datasets, loading it into our

analytics system, and creating insightful reports in Looker Studio for business and

Data Collection & Preparation

• Gather data (Excel/CSV/Google Sheets) from Finance, Ops, and internal teams.
• Data Ingestion & Database Management
• Upload/insert data into the analytics database or storage system (BigQuery,

MySQL, or equivalent).

• Build and update reports/dashboards in Looker Studio or any equivalent visualizations tool based on business requirements.
• Provide quick turnaround analysis when needed (ad-hoc reports).
• Highlight trends, anomalies, and insights from the data.

Coordinate with Finance, Ops, and Product/Data teams to ensure timely data flow.

• Maintain documentation of data sources, update cycles, and report definitions.
• 1.5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or Business Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
• Experience with Looker Studio or or any equivalent visualizations tool(mandatory).
• Experience with analytics databases (BigQuery, MySQL, etc.).
• Ability to work with raw data and convert it into structured datasets.
• Good understanding of dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization principles.
• Comfortable coordinating across teams to collect data regularly.
