Data Analyst (New Delhi)

🚀 We’re Hiring Data Analyst – Power BI Lulu Group India is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-led decision-making across the retail business. Location: Kochi, Kerala (Work from Office Only) Experience: 2–5 Years Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities • Own the design and development of CXO-level Power BI dashboards for the retail business. • Develop advanced DAX measures, time intelligence, calculation groups, and Power Query (M) transformations. • Design efficient semantic data models using star-schema principles, relationships, and Row-Level Security (RLS). • Write and optimize SQL queries using joins, CTEs, and window functions, with hands-on experience in Amazon Redshift. • Manage Power BI Service, including workspaces, gateways, scheduled refreshes, and Pro/Premium capacity considerations. • Drive dashboard UX and visualization, ensuring clarity, consistency, and self-service usability. • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into dashboard specifications and data models. • Mentor and guide BI interns and junior data analysts. • Apply strong retail domain knowledge across sales, inventory, footfall, margin, category performance, and related analytics Required Skills & Experience ✔ Advanced knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), data modelling, and RLS ✔ Strong SQL skills with experience in Amazon Redshift and query optimization ✔ Working knowledge of Power BI Service administration ✔ Solid understanding of dashboard UX and data visualization best practices ✔ Strong business and analytical acumen ✔ Experience in retail or e-commerce analytics is highly preferred ✔ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams �� Power BI certification (PL-300) will be an added advantage. 📩 Interested candidates can share
