Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks by following predefined workflows in a high-volume data environment.
• Examine and verify documents to ensure completeness and compliance with established standards.
• Accurately enter and process data by adhering to established guidelines and quality benchmarks.
• Track and report progress on assigned tasks in real time.
• Maintain and update internal records related to benefits and employee data.
• Ensure timely and precise completion of all assigned responsibilities.
• Provide support to colleagues experiencing peak workloads or tight deadlines.
• Maintain clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree, preferably in a science-related ( BSc OR BCA)
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in managing repetitive tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in routine and standardized work.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Effective communication and active listening skills.
• Confident decision-making in a structured yet occasionally ambiguous environment.
• Strong team player, committed to collaboration, service delivery, and problem-solving.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and navigation.
