Role Description The Cyber Security Trainer (SOC Analyst Program) is a part-time, on-site role based in Charminar, Hyderabad. The trainer will design and deliver structured training modules on cybersecurity fundamentals and SOC operations, including lectures, labs, and real-world case studies. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating course materials, guiding learners through hands-on security exercises, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will simulate incident response scenarios, demonstrate security tools and techniques, and collaborate with other faculty to align the curriculum with current industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including core principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Previous experience as a SOC analyst, security engineer, or cybersecurity trainer, preferably in an education or corporate training environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent are highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
