Cyber Security Practice Head @ Bengaluru/80L/Strong background in IT services landscape + managed a practice (or served as second-in-command) with P&L resp & SME in AI within Cybersecurity offerings

For this role, we need someone with a strong background in the IT services landscape who has managed a practice (or served as second-in-command), carries P&L responsibility, and brings expertise in modern AI orchestration within Cybersecurity offerings.

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Practice Leader to drive strategy, growth, and delivery for our cybersecurity business. The ideal candidate should bring a strong external market perspective, proven experience in building and scaling cybersecurity offerings, and the ability to lead a delivery-led cybersecurity practice. We are specifically looking for leaders from service delivery organizations who have successfully driven business growth, managed large client engagements, and built high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own cybersecurity practice strategy, GTM, and service portfolio
• Manage full P&L, revenue growth, and profitability
• Lead large deal pre-sales, solutioning, and executive client engagements
• Drive cybersecurity transformation programs and managed services
• Build strong relationships with CXOs/CISOs, analysts, and technology partners
• Lead and scale high-performing cybersecurity teams

Required Expertise

• SOC, IAM/PAM, Cloud Security, Data Security, Threat Management, and GRC
• Strong leadership in cybersecurity consulting and delivery
• Experience managing large enterprise cybersecurity programs
• Proven stakeholder management and business growth experience
