Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Lead Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in security tool implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring and day-to-day management.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing enterprise security tools and handling implementation and technical troubleshooting across Microsoft security platforms and endpoint security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and manage enterprise cybersecurity tools and platforms.
• Independently troubleshoot security tool and platform issues.
• Perform day-to-day administration, monitoring and management of security solutions.
• Manage security tools across implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and operational support.
• Monitor security platforms and investigate technical/security issues.
• Work with security and IT teams to resolve complex tool-related incidents.
• Support security-tool enhancements, configuration changes and operational improvements.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Ensure security tools remain operational, effective and aligned with business requirements.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with

• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Sentinel
• CrowdStrike / Cybereason or similar endpoint security platforms
• Other relevant Microsoft security and cybersecurity tools

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with strong independent ownership of security tools.

Important: Strong hands-on experience independently implementing, configuring, troubleshooting and managing security tools is essential. Candidates with only monitoring or SOC-alert-handling experience should not be prioritized.
