This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively and drive performance improvements. Key responsibilities include supervising daily operations, providing guidance and training to team members, and collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve issues related to customs clearance. The Operations Lead will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and industry best practices, ensuring that the team adheres to all compliance requirements. Required skills for this position include expertise in PAPS and PARS systems, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
