About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Customer Engagement Executive who can communicate effectively with existing and potential customers in both English and Hindi. Any other language will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build positive customer relationships over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and potential customers.
• Engage with prospective customers, explain products/services, and convert enquiries into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers and pending enquiries.
• Contact existing customers for order confirmations, feedback, and relationship building.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic complaints professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
• Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and communicate effectively with different customer profiles.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
