Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time (GMT/BST)

About the Role

Eco Repairs, a growing UK-based domestic appliance repair and home services company, is hiring an experienced and motivated Customer Support & Digital Marketing Executive to join our remote team.

We are looking for a professional with strong English communication skills, customer service experience and a good understanding of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, bookings and follow-ups via calls, emails and WhatsApp.
• Communicate with UK customers and coordinate with engineers.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
• Create engaging social media content and support lead generation.
• Assist with SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage Google Business Profile and customer reviews.
• Monitor marketing performance and maintain customer records.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (essential).
• Previous experience in customer support and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Laptop/desktop with a reliable internet connection.
