Customer Support – Customer Query Resolution

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to manage the ATV (Agree to Visit) process. The role involves calling interested buyers, coordinating with sellers, scheduling vehicle visits, handling objections, and converting leads into confirmed ATVs . The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills, be target-oriented, and have 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or lead conversion .
