Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely support through WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, orders and basic after-sales support.
• Create and manage simple content for Instagram, especially reels and stories.
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest content ideas.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer communication and content posting.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram and Reels.
• Creative, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
