Customer Support Associate

Customer Support Associate Location: India (Remote) Experience: 1–3 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Hyre is recruiting for a Customer Support Associate on behalf of one of our clients. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, responsive, and comfortable communicating clearly through email and chat. You will be responsible for helping customers with questions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout every interaction.

This is a fully remote role based in India. What You’ll Do - Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat

• Understand customer issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
• Troubleshoot common problems and escalate more complex cases when necessary
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and support activity
• Work closely with internal teams to identify recurring customer issues
• Help improve support processes, FAQs, and internal documentation
• Deliver a consistently professional and helpful customer experience What We’re Looking For - 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong written English communication skills
• Experience handling customers through email and chat
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Able to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities
