Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Executive, based in Bhubaneswar. The primary responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. The role involves assisting customers throughout their journey, optimizing retention rates, and managing accounts effectively. The Customer Success Executive will also focus on identifying customer needs to offer tailored solutions and continuously improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Account Management to provide effective assistance and ensure seamless communication
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify customer needs and propose data-driven solutions
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
• Experience in e-learning or education technology is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
