Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients for shipment clearance.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Documentation, Accounts and Transport teams.
  • Track shipments and provide customer updates.
  • Follow up for required documents and future filing.
  • Update shipment information in software.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports.
  • Assist with billing and fund requirements.
