Customer Relations & Estate Manager

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations & Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premium residential project Parksyde.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, solving problems, managing on-ground teams, and ensuring a high standard of community living.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all resident concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage housekeeping, security guards, gardeners and maintenance staff.
• Ensure uninterrupted water supply, electricity backup and cleanliness of common areas.
• Oversee clubhouse operations and ensure facilities are well maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure timely closure of resident complaints.
• Coordinate with engineering, civil and sales teams whenever required.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with residents.
• Monitor security, visitor management and society discipline.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.

Requirments

• 3-6 years of experience in Residential Property Management, Facility Management or Community Operations.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to handle escalations calmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of maintenance operations and vendor management.
• Comfortable using MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
